We have a vacancy for a Concierge/Security Officer to join our team at a prestigious Building in Greater Manchester.

Full site training will be provided,

Required Candidate

The candidate must have a friendly disposition with a good understanding of customer service. The candidate will need to work well within a team and be able to adapt to different working regimes smoothly. They must have a good standard of knowledge within security and know how to handle difficult scenarios of anti-social behaviour and emergency situations.

Part uniform and full equipment will be provided.

This person would ideally be based in Manchester or very close surrounding areas as this is the most central area to site.

Job Role and Duties

The role, this position will be to provide adhoc holiday cover including bank holidays, work over various shift patterns including Night Shifts. You will not only be focused on security if you are filling a night shift but through the day shifts you will also need to be very customer service focused as our main priority is the safeguarding of clients.

Duties Include:

• Site Patrols
• Health and Safety Reporting
• Incident Report Writing
• Customer Service
• Dealing with Anti-Social Behaviour
• Dealing or Assisting with First Aids
• Following Emergency Procedures
• Carrying out Daily/Weekly Site Checks

Essential:

• Must hold a SIA Man Guarding/ Door Supervisor License
• SIA CCTV License is desirable
• First Aid training is desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £8.21 /hour
